SERVICES PROVIDEDHola Picnic BCN organizes personalized picnics in Barcelona.
The services offered include:
- Organization and preparation of picnics at predetermined locations.
- Providing food, drinks, and decor according to the client's order.
- Additional services upon request, including special decor.
All services are provided based on availability and require prior booking.
Any additional services such as special decor or extra equipment are subject to agreement and may incur extra charges.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTBooking ProcessWe accept bookings at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee fresh products and quality picnic preparation.
To complete your booking, you must:
- Select your preferred picnic format.
- Fill out the booking form, providing personal information and event details.
- Make a payment to confirm the booking.
PaymentPayment is made through online payment systems. Booking is confirmed only after full payment.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYCancellation by the ClientCancellation 72 hours or more in advance –
100% refund.
Cancellation 24–72 hours in advance –
50% refund.Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance –
no refund. Cancellation by Hola Picnic BCNIn case of unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure (unforeseen restrictions by the city, natural disasters, emergency situations), Hola Picnic BCN will offer:
• Rescheduling the event to another date at no extra charge.
• Full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIESThe client must:
- Notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking.
- Abide by the rules for using public spaces where the picnic will take place.
- Notify us of any changes to the order (changes to the menu, decor, guest count) at least 24 hours before the event.
- Arrive at the specified place and time without delay (the meeting point is provided in the instructions sent after the booking is confirmed). In case of a delay of more than 20 minutes, the company does not guarantee the provision of services related to the picnic delivery.
Hola Picnic BCN is not responsible for:
- Unreported allergies or food intolerances.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
- Violation of public order or rules for using public spaces.
CHANGES AND AVAILABILITYHola Picnic BCN reserves the right to:
- Make changes to these terms at any time.
- Adjust service availability due to operational reasons.
- All changes will be published on the website and, if necessary, communicated to clients.
